Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the star996 platform, including the website, mobile app and all services provided by us ("Platform"). These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form the entire agreement between you and star996.

• You must provide true, accurate, and current information during registration
• The name registered must match the name on your identification document
• The phone number and email address registered must belong to you and be active
• You are responsible for keeping your information up to date whenever changes occur

Account Security

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your account login credentials. star996 recommends using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security. Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be treated as your own action.

Deposit & Payment Methods

Game Rules

• Completed game results are final and cannot be altered
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, star996 will resolve the case based on available system records
• Players are not permitted to use any external software, bots, or automated tools while playing
• Exceptional winnings exceeding certain limits may be subject to additional review before approval

Acceptable User Conduct

Star996 users are required to conduct themselves in a responsible, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following actions are strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Registering or using fake accounts or false information
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform's systems
• Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or credit card fraud
• Harassing, threatening, or insulting customer support staff

Account Closure and Suspension

Star996 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account under the following circumstances without prior notice:

• The user is found to have violated any provision of these Terms
• The user is involved in suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• The user provided false information during the KYC or registration process
• Upon request by the relevant legal authorities

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the registered payment method within 3–7 business days.

Limitation of Liability

Star996 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control
• Actions taken by users that violate these Terms
• Game outcomes resulting from a certified RNG process
• Processing delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers

In all cases, star996's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total funds held in that user's account at the time the claim is made.
